We Understand that Everyone's situation and circumstances are different. We assess each referral individually and design a plan that balances safety, budget and the person’s emotional needs.

Funding & access
Some services may be funded or part-funded through referring agencies.
Costs and funding options are always discussed upfront. As a Community Interest Company, all surplus is reinvested into community support and training.

Self Refferals
You can contact us directly if you need support for yourself. You don’t need a diagnosis, referral, or permission to reach out. We’ll listen, talk things through, and explain your options clearly.
Family / Friends Refferals
If you’re worried about someone you care about, you can contact us on their behalf. We understand these situations can be sensitive, and we’ll always prioritise consent, dignity, and the individual’s wishes.

We work alongside professionals supporting individuals in overwhelming home environments, including:
