Referral Guidelines
Restoring Solace CIC accepts self-referrals, family or friend enquiries, and professional referrals where home conditions are affecting safety, wellbeing, confidence or independence. We work collaboratively to restore dignity through practical home support.
If you are referring someone else, please discuss the referral with them and obtain their agreement to be contacted before submitting their details. If consent is unclear, contact us first. We respect each person’s choices and work at their pace.
Important Boundary Notice: We provide practical home support and are not an emergency or crisis mental health service. For urgent safeguarding concerns or where consent is uncertain, please contact our team directly before sharing sensitive information.

What happens next
We review your referral and contact you using your preferred method. We talk through the situation, arrange an assessment where needed, and agree priorities, pace and any costs before support begins.
